Adam Troyn
With extensive experience in the Northern Territory Government’s small business grants team, Adam developed a deep understanding of grant processes and funding opportunities. Following this, he worked in the not-for-profit sector, travelling extensively to remote Aboriginal communities across the Northern Territory and Queensland. As a former board secretary and lead grant writer for a not-for-profit organisation, he gained valuable insights into governance and funding strategies. Building on this foundation, Adam launched Ghost to share his expertise in grant assessment, practical skills in brand growth, and insights gained as a graduate of the prestigious Ehrenberg-Bass Institute for Marketing Science in Adelaide.
